TAG…You’re It! allows educators to easily keep parents engaged in their child’s literacy development all year. Kick-off this initiative with a video motivating families to become part of their child’s learning “team”.  Each TAG card has parent-friendly strategies that correlate with classroom instruction and learning standards. Throughout the year, educators send home one of the fiction or informational text TAG cards for families to incorporate into nightly reading practice and further create a sense of shared responsibility between home and school.
